The manufacturer (Parry Technology India Private Limited) warrants their product to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, under normal operating usage conditions, for a period of ONE (1) year, or otherwise specified, from the original invoice date.
The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the Part Number and the Serial Number on original dated Sales Invoice.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
Warranty does not include:
- Damages incurred during the integration / manufacturing of the Manufacturer’s product with the customer’s end product assembly / sub-assembly or maintenance.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, mishandling, improper application of the product, negligence, tampering, accidents or shipping / transportation
- Damage caused due to unreasonable physical, thermal or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident beyond the control of Manufacturer
- Attempt to program / re-program the module without the knowledge and support of the Manufacturer
- Damage due to causes beyond the control of Manufacturer such as excessive or insufficient voltage, mechanical shock or water damage
Manufacturer’s liability for failure to repair the product under this warranty after a reasonable number of attempts will be limited to a replacement of the product, as the exclusive remedy for warranty. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Such damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, loss of the product or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, facilities or services, down time, purchasers time, the claims of third parties, including customers, and injury to property.
Manufacturer makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the manufacturer expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside India, Manufacturer disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in India, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.
Customers who have bought the product through distributor has to file the claims through distributor, who in turn will contact the manufacturer regarding warranty return or replacement. Customers who have bought the product from the manufacturer directly (through e-Store or Direct sales contact), can file the claim directly with the manufacturer. INVOICE copy has to be mandatorily submitted by the customers in both cases.
CLAIM PROCEDURES
- Claims for defective merchandise must be made within SEVEN calendar days from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within SEVEN calendar days after the merchandise is received
- Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
- We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the manufacturer factory / warehouse for inspection
- Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice
- If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be only repaired or replaced.
The client shall at any time require the express written approval of the manufacturer for repairs/replacement and/or maintenance by third parties, on penalty of cancellation of the warranty.
The warranty will never cover, defects that are the consequence of normal wear and tear, improper treatment or improper or incorrect maintenance or repairs/replacements and/or maintenance, et cetera, by Client or third parties.
